the 'juniors' will wander aimlessly until foreign banks, as in Europe, lower their interest rates. once that happens, the money floodgates open. then they should then take off.

I did a Tom thing & bought USA awhile back..looks good, but??
AUN does have strength, maybe because of Mexico..good to keep costs down these days (despite the 'potent').

spending less time home as I am building a house. still wondering where the mortgage rates will go with the ever tightening costs to borrow. the financial pundits says home prices have to come down, yet construction material & energy costs stay up. even if rates lower to make the build more affordable the cost to build will go up. the 'yin- yang' of the power of the dollar may just encourage the build of more planned obsolescent (as in, inferior) 'pop- up' housing..another American tragedy unfolding.
