Bingo, the first one is not even debatable. Oliver North was caught red-handed (writing about it in his diaries). Of course, the implication that the goal of the project was to undermine the black community is whacky. The goal was to finance a war against a socialism. Again, a Christian God would probably damn this terrorism.
