McCain lies like a rug in Iraq. Three times he lied and said that Iran was training Al Quaida terrorists. Finally, on the third time, Joe Lieberman corrected him and McCain claimed it was all a senior moment. Why Lieberman hadn't corrected McCain the day before, when he told the same lie on Hate Radio, I don't know. I guess we have to hope that Bush brown-noser, Lieberman will be in McCain's cabinet, so there will be somebody to point out the enemy to the old coot before he bombs everyone.

The other big lie was the GOP mantra of things are getting much better in Iraq. Remember McCain's last visit to Iraq, where he visited that market like a normal shopper, except with a bullet proof vest and 300 armed guards? Just like Indiana, one idiot GOP Congressman said. I was expecting another photo opportunity at that market this time around. Ah, but it turns out that it is now too dangerous to visit that market, even with vests and guards. The Army cordons off a city block and claims that Iraq is safe, and sucker McCain buys into it. And they say that the Pentagon brainwashed George Romney about the Vietnam situation. Or, more correctly, George said it, himself, causing him to lose the Republican nomination. McCain has yet to admit he has been brainwashed by the Bush scrubbers.
