What's surprising is not that Rev. Wright preaches black liberation theology full of class and race warfare, but that this is Barak Obama's church, one that he is still making excuses for. Some people heard Barack's talk about wanting to heal the racial divide and thought he was different. Rev. Wright casts doubt on who Barack Obama really is. I think today's speech will pass muster with the faithful (I just flipped on CNN and Keith Obermann was wildly enthusiastic) but do little or nothing to allay the doubts of independents.
