Caucasians do not have any reason to feel guilty, to acknowledge that blacks can be racists, too, and to call them on it as wrong.

Living in a city where blacks have significant political power, I see reverse racism day in and day out.

It is as bad as white racism, and perhaps worse because it finds its justification in 'oppression' when in point of fact blacks with initiative have huge opportunities open to them, much bigger ones than equally placed whites. The cult of diversity has seen too that.
