I don't understand.

This punk couldn't stay clean between the time he pled guilty and his sentencing.

He seemed to be telling the judge that he could set his own rules about regular drug testing.

He was there to receive his sentence. Instead he will be in jail for the next thirty days and then receive his sentence.

Someday soon, God willing, police will protect people doing medical growing.
