What the hell is wrong with these people?

Saw a piece on Fox News a few weeks ago that talked about these unusual names for kids. Apparently there's a guy out there who did a study. He found that when kids have these strange names, they are less likely to be put into advanced classroom settings at school. In other words, someone with the name like Xxianieshiea Harris is more likely to be treated as less intelligent by teachers than someone named Emily Harris.
