Right. They can't really afford TYX to sky now, and that's
exactly what it may do because of the dollar dump. Mortgage
rates are not THAT low because of agency spreads. Imagine
what happens to housing market if they go from 5-6% now to
even 7%

Financial/currency crisis is a whole lot worse than Japanese
style deflation, but it seems that's exactly what is going
on. So far T-s rallied. That will change.
