So in effect, draw it out of the stock market (equities, commodities, et al) and give it to the corrupt and/or incompetent bankers?

If you have access or can find it somewhere on the web (I can't), that's precisely what Mauldin concluded in his March 7th column

I would cut & paste Mauldin's email here, but only the text will migrate and the walk-through is kind of useless without the charts

I would also add that the bill sales have the additional benefit of increasing the supply to help lower the panic indicators -- too bad the "panic lowering" part isn't working very well
