kids being brainwashed with hate is criminal and allowing that to happen to your kids is worse. People (kids or otherwise) don't get "brainwashed" listening to one opinion from one person. It's not the way it works... the same kids hear exactly opposite opinions, and more opinions in between. You are over-reacting.

I am not saying barack did that but there were others there with kids learning just another form of hate. Do you really believe that the Rev. Wright was the only source of hate for black kids going to his church? Seriously, I am sure hate came to them in many forms........the least of which was Rev. Wright.

If you are a Christian and you frequent church, you most probably have been preached to about how being a homosexual is an abomination in the eyes of God. As a Catholic, I know that was drummed into me over and over. That is something that molds people to be intolerant of gay people, so much so, that we have hate crimes because of it. So should we all stop going to church so that our kids don't get exposed to that "hate speech"? Stop being hypocritical. As Jesus said, "he who is without sin, cast the first stone".
