Let me ask if it would be ok for a Republican candidate to play golf regularly with David Duke - but not consider him a political mentor? If you say yes - then you are consistent. If you say no - you are inconsistent.

What you call attacks, I call a discussion of what he did and when he did it and how those actions speak to who he is and what he will do based upon his personal discretion. The analysis asks is he honest? Is he a hypocrite. Does he understand the simple axiom of you know a person by whom he hangs with.

When a person says make me President, speaking of unmerited and overdone seems silly.
