Well, Obama's church has officially honored Farrakhan, so that church is the one who has linked Obama to Farrakhan. He bears part of the blame for belonging to the church in the first place. I'm told Oprah attended the church many years ago, but dropped out sometime like 1994. Why couldn't Obama have had her discernment? As for believing Obama, considering his campaign staff has assured Canada's govt that he doesn't mean his anti-NAFTA campaign rhetoric and that Samantha Power had to resign for telling reporters in Scotland that Obama's Iraq pullout plan is a best case scenario not a firm commitment, why should anyone believe anything he says? Finally, if Obama were truly a nice person, why would he compare the grandmother who raised him to a hatefilled demagogue in front of the world. Obama's grandmother sacrificed to send Obama to the most expensive private school in HA. She started him on his path in life. And she is rewarded by having her grandson hold her up as the moral equivalent of the trashy Jeremiah Wright.
