But, I think you usually need to wait until there are a few bodies... not just blood. The problem with that euphemism, is that those who are it's strongest proponents - have rarely, if ever seen a profit taking top in their life.. hence, in reality, have little, if any ammo, in which to really take advantage of the blood, let alone the bodies in the street. ie: May 2006, August 2007, and this past December. Of that fact... I am 99.99999999999999987% sure. S.O.T.B.
