I hope there are some tangential positives because the main impact of this event has been to bury the debate in sideshow stuff again while the issues are ignored.

"Mme Sybarite says "Heck I know very bright engineers who think the US government might have had a hand in 9/11," I doubt you know any engineers, I know hundreds and even the dumbest do not believe US government might have had a hand in 9/11. Of course what does "know" mean. You may know some folks who like playing others as fools. And they are bright enough to be successful. What I know and hope others know is that humans can create demons that prevent them from improving their lives and even destroy their own and others lives. the demons come in all colors. I also know there are humans who know this and use it to control others. It looks to me like wright had and used demons. obama ignored these demons. I don't know if obama has demons, but I know he failed in a real way in dealing with demons. that failure was a serious failure of leadership.
