Carlyle Group is directly involved with FNM, They owned about 22 Billion dollars worth of FNM.They were leveraged almost 30 to 1. Carlyle is run by superlobbyist from Bush Buddies like James Baker and Bush Sr . hereinreality.com They cant bail them out but they can release those capital collars requirements and give FNM a boost.FNM goes up, Margin Call subsides.
