That would seem normal for these analysts. Upgrade when they want to sell their shares and downgrade when they want to buy back in. Criminal but that's the game.

SNDK has traded below its book value only once before that I can recall – about October 1998, when the stock was near $7.

I would not be surprised to see a takeover attempt.
