Westy, ultra low short term T-bills reflect the fear in the credit market and nothing more.

We have an Armstrong turn date tomorrow and will be entering a multi-month bull market.

The fear will subside and as it does, money will again seek higher returns and higher risk.

The herd is moving out of commodities and back into financial assets. The herd will also be moving out of 0.3% t-bills and into mortgages, munis and corporates.

Don't be so scared Westy. Fear presents opportunity.

Westy, you embraced commodities just before they crashed. Then you thought a crash was coming in equities just before they take off to the upside.

What do you like today?
