Mant republicans are in denial about the war and the economy and of course bush ineptitude. Some folks on this thread refuse to get real about obama having taken a hit. Denial is of no value. You are where you are and where do you go from here. In an earlier post i gave some of my ideas on what obama should do next. Do you have alternate ideas or are you going to keep acting like the republicans you detest so much.

Just my opinion. You have a good logical and sound mind. If most Americans have your brain, it will be a slam dunk that Obama is the best person to unite the country and get the bus out of the ditch. Unfortunately, that is not the case. Over 15% of Americans still believe that Obama is Moslem, and the figure might be climbing when Christian evangelists start spreading email that Obama got Madrassa education in Indonesia, etc. My email Inbox has been bombarded with stories that Obama used Quran instead of the bible when he was sworn in, and that Obama is unpatriotic for not wearing a lapel or placing his hand on his left chest when the national anthem was played or during the pledge of allegiance. Some times I wonder why the Christian Evangelists are so full of hatred when Jesus preaching is for love, and love, and love.
