The Fleet didn't help until Yorktown, without those two southern battles there would be no Yorktown. After those battles the southern forces pushed the British to Yorktown

The Bush Administration has admitted to security breaches with the passport information of both Obama and Hillary, and holding back that information for months.

Here's the problem when the Bush Admin commits an act that could be a crime. Yes, they are crooked, but they are also totally incompetent. If Dumbya were running again, I would be 100% certain he was taking a page from his daddy's playbook and illegally snooping around Democratic passports. After all, this guy likes to listen in to everyone's phone calls and email without warrants. Looking at passport info would seem a small thing to such a committed flaunter of the Bill of Rights.

But, I have a smidgeon of doubt that Bush would risk whatever may be left of his reputation by snooping for John McCain. The only reason would be if McCain has already pledged to offer a pardon if Bush/Cheney are caught by future investigators.

Net, net, I think it was dirty tricks. But, I have to give some credibility to the idea that it was just gross incompetence.

For waiting so long to inform the victims of this security breach, it is almost certainly dirty tricks.
