Why stop here? Theres a lot dough to make in trading.

I am missing something: That a major producer blew up on margin calls on his hedges.
In gold or some other commodities what we see now is a shakeout of spec. longs. , not uncommon for any kind of bubble.

I guessed that in a similar way, after the fed, the EUR sees no follow through and the USD saw frentic buying. Of course that wont last forever.

The fact that some commodities still have hard limits, is actually pretty helpful. It means that other, commodities not trading at limits (yet) can be faded in the same direction ...

I wouldnt' count out those CBOT traders...It's amazing Calpers got into Commodities at the top, but long term and bad Ethanol policy will keep Commodities bid....Bad Fed will keep the metals especially Gold bid....

Maybe. Too many are talking about commodities bubble.
Speculators get quite exuberant sometimes, so commodities
will be quite volatile because of that. In the end they
tend to fall on physical demand, which buys all dips -g-
Large speculators don't really care which way a commodity
is going, but they do pile up on the trade that has been
working sometimes. All this does not really matter in the
end. -g- They are quite short Natural Gas
