How about charging for Q's patents what Nokia charges for their GSM IP? Is Nokia's price FRANDLY?

I don't know. Besides, this question is just another variant of "what is FRAND" argument... being sucked into this is costly to holders of QCOM.

I'm sure Nokia would love that. I don't think Nokia is collecting anywhere near 5% for their GSM IP on a regular basis.
