the catholic church didn't lose 100/50% but they sure lost a lot of church goers over the priest pedophiles. And I'll bet that Chicago church lost some members after the rants we saw on YouTube. So? The question is whether picking the worst comments of one of the people in Obama's life who has spoken publicly for thousands of hours, and stringing together 15 minutes to make the person look like an ass, indicates Obama is an ass. I say no. If this is the worst the enemies of Obama can put together to attack him (attacking someone close to him, but not him) it's pretty weak. He's already said he condemns the offensive dialogue. That's enough to separate him from Wright for me. I have close relations with lots of people who's politics differ significantly from mine. I can disagree with them, and maintain the close relationships just fine.
