Obama Wins Richardson's Support


I'm surprised both by who he endorsed and the timing. From the way he had been talking, I assumed he would endorse Clinton. He's always been close to Bill.

From Obama's point of view, the timing is excellent. But, given Richardson's on again, off again, I assumed he would wait until it was clearer just what the public reaction to all the race talk was.

Wow _ I assumed he would go to Clinton. Now, you have to wonder why? Was there any connection to today's security breach on Obama's passport? Or did Obama promise something to get the endorsement? Or?
