the fun is in to get there. How countries used surpluses. Through history all countries that got up they use the surpluses for some projects:

European built cathedrals with lots of gold and artistry

Egyptins built pyramids

Babilonians built suspended gardens and so it goes as you look to the wonders of the old world.

US built Saturn V's. Spacecrafts. (still samething like the old guys did). Nimitz class aircraft carriers, Stealth aircrafts, submarines and such...

If we avoid going that way -by not hogging the capital internally and deflecting it places like Africa to lift them up and sell them stuuf, we can extend the joy ride.

The whole concept is new.
