Intel is probably the one that can afford to most easily cut back. Even cut out of NAND altogether. Unless there is some contractual obligation that they can't squeeze or buy their way out of.

We'll all just have to wait and see. Like everyone else.

Unfortunately I doubt anyone of them will. Way too many deep pockets (Intel and Samsung) and government subsidizing (Hynix). They'd rather see each other been driven to the ground rather than cry uncle. What a sh*t industry... I never should have invested a dime...
