He's being torn down by Hillary and her supporters. As for the first, there's no reason to believe that there will be no new case of wrongdoing that is brought up. And irrefutability isn't even close to being the standard. Innuendo and suggestion seem to work just fine as a tactic, as we've all seen. - Allen
