So a 5 grand of one's own money spent on a prostitute is a crime, but siphoning off hundreds of billions of savers' and taxpayers' money into private pockets, fraudulent accounting, stripping off assets etc is not a crime ?

I can bet that quite a bit of money that the Fed is giving out will end up in private pockets and some of it certainly will end up being spent on prostitutes in New York, LA, Bangkok or Sao Paulo. And on booze, perhaps $10,000 bottles of wine.
