Exactly, interest rates will have to rise dramatically at
some point, and if they do right now, the debt crisis will
be unbearable, but will end sooner with a total meltdown in
financial sector. Manufacturing will lead the way out.

That was and is such a fallacy until recent punditry. I would say "extreme interest rates" are bad for Stocks. but even the last leg of the bull market was during a time of rising rates.....
