I saw a good movie tonight. No Country for Old Men (Okay, I know I'm always late, but this is how long it took for netflicks to send it). I grew up in West Texas and rode horses to the places where 4-wheel-drives couldn't go. I also saw the rise of the drug trade, and the killings, and gave up in so far that I don't go to some of my favorite places because the violence, and the sheer randomness of it, is too great. Good friends insisted I read the book years ago, but for one reason or another I didn't. TP
