And you don't even have to explain how. Just point to Bush and say, "Anything is better than that."

Hence the reason why you'll never reveal your own position. Just attack that of the opposition, push the burden of proof onto them, and accuse them of being partisan.

The desperate ABB invocation makes its reappearance. Never mind that Clinton, an ever so despised democrat, gave the country 8 years of unprecedented growth, peace, prosperity and, dare I say it, fiscal responsibility. I can easily explain it with as much detail as you would like, but all I really need to do is point to 1992-2000 and then compare that to 2000-now....the picture is clear for the open minded.

Sadly, its going to take a long time to correct these problems. You'd better hope the world economy holds up......a good global economy will help lessen the pain we have to go through......the price we will pay for having voted Bush into office twice.
