I didn't mean the conception was unplanned- just that you don't choose what country you are born in to, and for many people leaving tends to be kind of a bitch. I guess to put it in other words- we start where we are. Now you can require people to love where they are or move, but I disagree with that judgment. Some people are ready to move away from the things they do not love, and some people are not, and I don't think I'd make a value judgment about people who are "stuck"- in fact I think I feel more compassion for them than for people who might have more ability to actualize their desires.
