My evaluation is the that there is a stable political situation or government in the vast majority of Iraq. They still have their Detroits and Watts with their own bloods and crypts? etc. They have a neighbor that is currently controlled by friends of jimmy carter wishful thinking and they do pose a threat. South korea in the same way is threatened by North Korea. Does it take more than 5 years to fully internalize alien Western concepts of all men are created equal. Maybe it does and it is worth the effort. I believe the internet and advanced communiations will help the Iraqis progress faster than the 200 years it took we Americans.
