Well I believe that legitimate actions are based upon what is written down and then voted on as the legal basis for those actions. President Bush was not authorized to eliminate saddam for any particular WMD. The President following the demands of his oath of office was authorized to eliminate saddam if he failed to stop violating all the terms and conditions saddam agreed too in his surrender after his prior criminal conduct. saddam bluffed and got his clock cleaned.
