Dabum: BZP & GTRE....Good stuff. Thanks.

And re: GTRE >>>>>It looks like normal consolidation at this point, subject to change, and again price and volume is what you watch.<<<<

Today's charts on these two display more consolidation, with lesser volume. They are still displaying opposite moves in price, except today, it's GTRE being the laggard in the face of all the energy stocks on my watch list strongly on the green side.

It's these little idiosyncracies on these smaller potentially hot stocks that arouse my concerns due to my lack of experience with this type of stock. When one stock fails to follow the herd w/o news or apparent reason, I'm looking for the why.

In my poorly constructed post to which you generously responded, I had intended to hopefully get a response from ED Adj, or some of the other closer followers of these two stocks who might have some fundamental info on a stock-specific basis....regarding what I considered to be an intriguing anomaly. I'm assuming they could offer no helpful comments, and that it's probably just a case of unwarranted worry on my part.

I do appreciate your responding with your helpful pointers regarding T/A indicators. I draw the same conclusions that you have described.

I Bought PTEN and BNI this afternoon even though I fear we still have not reached a bottom in the general markets. These two have shown a reasonably strong buy signal with good volume and upward bias in the bands and SMA lines. Maybe they will hold this momentum long enough to yield a satisfactory gain before the "Big Drop" occurs.
