Things are never so bad that they can't get a lot worse; < improved litigation

With any luck...it could only get better?

When people go into self-gratification mode, they need more of whatever it is that gives them a fix.

So they go for Mount Everest, the four minute mile, more heroin, more money, a $100 billion takeover, 200 kg, a faster car, 10 girls at a time, and Neelie will want to do a bigger hit than she did on MSFT. QCOM is the nominated whipping boy and is going to get it good.

Everyone knows that Microsoft and $ill Gates are evil-doers and they know that QUALCOMM is a greedy monopolist holding the industry and humanity to ransom. Neelie thinks she is saving the world. So she won't have any restraint,, like an obese person she'll scoff more and more.

Judge Strine wears brown, showing a sensible and independent streak of mind. He might even go against the flow of litigation trends.

But things can get a LOT worse.

What QUALCOMM thinks and what courts, politicians, and patents officers think, are so opposite, that QUALCOMM is suffering either hubris, a "vast right wing conspiracy", legal confusion/ignorance, misjudgment or something. The litany of losses is long. But there have been a few successes.
