QUESTION: During the analyst meeting SNDK said they are planning to spend some $7.8 billion for fabs during the next 2 years (2008-2010). It was slide #153 from the analyst meeting presentation PDF file that I posted. Now, that funding of $7.8 BILLION for the next 2 years for the fabs is supposed to come :

Return of capital from JVs: 159m
JV working capital: 1350m
JV operating leases: 3300m
CASH: 2991m
--------------------------------
Total: 7.8 billion

Now, if SNDK is planning to fund 2.991 billion out of cash for those fabs for the next 2 years and SNDK only currently has 1.84B in cash, where is the other 1.1 billion going to come from? And I assume there will have to be a hell of a lot more than just 1.1 billion otherwise SNDK will be without cash if they go spending it all in those fabs. Are we looking at another future convertible here?

Sorry guys but I'm not an accountant or a financial wiz. So please help me here. Thanks.
