What she isn't taking into account is (1) BSC would reportedly have had to file bankruptcy the following Monday absent the deal (2) All the other big Wall Street firms have a grudge against BSC (3) The grudge is on account of BSC derailed LTCM in 1998 and then wouldn't contribute a nickel towards saving it (4) BSC is known for selling crap paper (5) Dimon is only going after the BSC stars all of whom are already millionaires so it's not like they will be eating out of a can anytime soon
