Thomas -

I've been pursuing a policy of not responding to you, but I just had to this time.

You posted a link to the report of the Key Findings of the Iraq Survey Group, as one of three links following the words "I don't feel betrayed...".

I've read that report. It says, in certain terms, that they could find no evidence to support the claim Saddam had WMD stockpiles or the ability to create WMDs.

In particular, the trailers that you mocked others for believing were designed for producing hydrogen, are said - well let's just read what the report says about them:

"ISG thoroughly examined two trailers captured in 2003, suspected of being mobile BW agent production units, and investigated the associated evidence. ISG judges that its Iraqi makers almost certainly designed and built the equipment exclusively for the generation of hydrogen. It is impractical to use the equipment for the production and weaponization of BW agent. ISG judges that it cannot therefore be part of any BW program."

The report in now way supports your view. Thus, I am at a loss as to why you would link to it.

- Allen

I think it behooves everyone who has the opinion that we went to Iraq for oil and who was behind the impetus to go into Iraq among the men in the inner circle is most fascinating.

In some ways Bush became a pawn of the more powerful..
It does not lie blame and I think it should not have been entitled Bush's War as it turns neocons such as yourself off.

There is not message from PBS contrary to what you choose to believe. It is a documented presentation that is done to illustrate how things evolved in D.C. after 9/11.

The information it supplies comes from the mouths of those who were there and participated from Cheney,Wolfowitz,McNamarra
Tenet,Powell,Perle and so on. They speak for themselves..

PBS does nothing more than narrate.
