Gore has no war chest or active organization. Trying to cobble one together after a train-wreck primary season and convention would be suicide. Not to mention he couldn't even win his home state last time. Not a great endorsement. Just a romantic notion from some frustrated folks, who mostly just want the current logjam resolved one way or another.

The supers want to win and they cannot do so without the support of their base and the base's choice which is Obama. Hillary is a proxy candidate similar to W. Like W, she is hollow. And like W, she will be a disaster. These similarities are the reasons for Rush and Ann Coulter's support for Hillary. A President McCain will throw them under the bus. You asked me if I would support Hillary if she is the nominee. My answer: I am not that crazy about Rush and Ann Coulter.
