We know someone who's mother is a RE agent dealing in homes for the affluent. She literally has not sold a house in six months. Market is at a dead halt, but prices haven't yet reflected it. They will.

I love Portland - it's a great place to live - but it's just lagging the rest of the market.

Portland is a great place. The urban core is particularly amazing - feels like Europe.

My swag is that it will go down but less so than other areas. It's uniqueness should provide some protection.
