Tech: Yes I agree a lot of those charts look like they are ready to cycle up. Some of them have been crushed...but not much has changed on their fundamentals. The major issue holding them back is the unknown. Will they be able to swim upstream against more financial melt downs....IF/WHEN more melting is to take place? Will there be a recession? etc... One thing we know for certain and proven the last few weeks: ...there is in fact an equity PPT,..No doubt about it. (fwiw..I'll add to SDS if we take out todays lows as I'm still net short and underwater a bit on it.. edit...looks like we are there. Time to put some buy stops in)
