Congratulations Ben, we just became a funding currency for carry trades, exactly like Japan.

I hope - rather, I pray - that the author of this article is wrong.

Because if he is not, we are on the precipice of a collapse in the Dollar.<<

I beleive he is spot on. I've been waiting for the dollar carry to start in ernest. Carry trades make the most sense when the item yer borrowing is dropping like a rock (the clownbuck) and the item yer buying is skyrocketing (most other currencies and gold). The Fed and the Treasury have officially turned the dollar into the Crapbuck (Clownbuck seems far to distinguished a moniker anymore).....
