She has high negative equity in an inland project, wrong side of I-75. I guess those Prada and Vuitton handbags will have some value on E-bay, but maybe not. I drove up the ridiculously named Chiquita Blvd in Cape Coral yesterday for the first time in a few months. There are at least 50 model homes, all from small builders on this depressing stretch of road. About half are boarded up and not maintained. I only counted 3 that still had agents sitting in them. Their market has moved away. Are you still looking at properties in CC? MP
