Whatever helps you sleep at night.

I don't own any Nokia shares, as a matter of fact I'm way over invested in QCOM shares.

I believe that QCOM will rise regardless of the results of the litigation, which, incidentally, I do believe will favor QCOM. I believe that any resolution will lift the cloud of uncertainty that hangs over this stock and will result in an increase in the share price to a PE somewhere between the high 20's and the mid 30's.

Hard for me to admire a FUD machine that holds back new technology, while hiding behind the EU socialist curtain.

Regardless of whether you find it ethical (fair) or not, Nokia is only using everything legal at its disposal to improve their share price. If you were a Nokia shareholder, you would expect that of management and your opinion of who was being ethical (fair) might be different. It is better to understand your enemy than to hate them.
