"Now if you stopped paying your rent, things would get interesting..." ya, I am wondering how this will play out....I would guess that my security deposit is gone tho...:) I shouldnt laugh, I guess, it is actually a sad situation, the investor is probably ruined, and not only that, he works in real estate as an engineer, and may well be unemployed soon..I will keep paying the rent until I hear otherwise from the bank..
