Definitely a turning point. For those here who missed the YouTube debate, that ("willing to meet, without preconditions") was a YouTube question, and Obama went first. Hillary, going second said "I would not".

It was the first substantive difference in approach.

It was gutsy, instinctive, and right.

As later nuanced, with preparation, but without preconditions.

I wish she and Obama would say this differently because it's a soundybte that gets used against him..he's said elsewhere and I've posted that WaPo piece here that of course the lower level prep would be done first...
