i do not like 'pre-owned' gold coins fm hang seng and am under the impression that the rands are mostly pre-owned. They said the rands are out of print and may eventually run out too. But in case there's oxidation on the coins, you can soak them in chemical solution to bring back the shining beauty like new. So no problem if pre-owned unless there're scratches. I suddenly appreciate the shining beauty of the metal. Can't resist looking at them all the time :0) Btw, I may look for silver coins now ...
