"I don't care if the person is the smartest in the world, but if they come here ILLEGALLY, we need to send them back to the back of the line. But when they come in LEGALLY, it's wonderful to open our arms to our new immigrants and hopefully, soon to be New Citizens...." Making it easy for criminal trespassers to inhabit our country is about as smart as opening the prison and releasing every criminal every couple years. It may be that illegal immigrants are what hs prevented the US from going into a recession earlier. Perhaps the knowledge of that is why certain politicians are soft on immigration.
