Can you get a patent on a process by "imperfecting" it? I thought a patent is only good for things that work? LOL
Let's hope that this next Oil Pipe system is a result of perfecting "implementation" and not the basic LACC process itself.
I have to say though, staring at the video demonstration, and given the quality control standards they have in place, I can't see where the guess work is.
Industry Certifications are a good length of red tape that I didn't see coming.
