Did you see the articles about the population growth slowing to a crawl in Florida that doesn't even count the illegals that have also left? Given the inventory levels out there that need to be absorbed plus prices heading to below replacement cost there should be no new construction projects by anyone in the biz with half a brain till we get back to normal.. I imagine what holds up the stock prices these days are the huge short interest and expectation that the public builders that survive this come out stronger than ever..
